Start of the 2026 season!

Dear Leadership Sailing Community,

It's that time of year again.

The days are getting longer, the sun is shining more reliably – and it is precisely this feeling of new beginnings, clarity and renewed energy that accompanies our start to the new season at leadership-sailing.team.

We begin where real development starts: with a solid foundation.

Our first experience this season is the FB2 sailing licence training course. Because good leadership is like good seamanship – it requires an understanding of navigation, conditions, decisions and responsibility. If you want to steer a ship safely, you need to be able to read the wind, the course and the dynamics. It's no different in leadership.

The FB2 is much more than just a sailing licence.

It is an intensive change of perspective. Learning in real time. Experiencing leadership under real conditions.

Building on this experience, our Experiences (LEAD/TEAM/NET) set sail – with precisely the framework that makes reflection, clarity and development almost inevitable. Far away from everyday life, far away from routines, but close to impact, attitude and self-leadership.
