Organizational details

​

  • The sailing team is accompanied by 1-2 experienced sailing trainers and business coaches

  • ​Coaching team: Robert and/or Markus; occasionally additional coach/skipper

  • Duration: 3 nights / 4 days

  • Location: preferably Croatia, Mediterranean Sea, Portugal

  • Dates: by appointment

  • Cost: on request depending on group size, ship size and season

  • Target group: management teams in challenging situations and changes
