1. Developing high-performance skills for current challenges

2. Psychological safety as the key to performance and innovation

3. How managers strengthen emotional intelligence in organizations

Maria Boulbes, HR Manager at Optimus Tower Austria GmbH, Christian Fuchs, Managing Director of Wüstenrot Technology GmbH, and I had the opportunity to report on these topics.

Both had already participated in an Experience and talked about their personal experiences and how they apply them in their everyday working lives.

...and at the end of the conference, there was a raffle!

One of the main prizes was a Leadership Experience for 4 days/3 nights in 2026.

The lucky winner was Birgit Höttl.

“My first thoughts when I won: Wow, this is an incredible opportunity! And it will definitely push me out of my comfort zone – excellent 😊 and of course I want to test it out to see if it would also be something for our managers or teams!”

Birgit Höttl, Senior Talent Manager at Vamed Care

Thanks again to the entire Business Circle team. Excellent service and a great event for the 10th anniversary!
